“人工天河”红旗渠，1960年开工，先后有30余万人参加会战，历时10年，修建总干渠分干渠10条304.1公里，农渠4281条4000公里，被誉为“世界第八大奇迹”，“新中国两大奇迹之一”。为了这一宏伟工程，有81位建设者献出宝贵生命。

刘子琪，中国人民武装警察部队政治工作部文工团青年女中音歌唱家、词作家。毕业于中国音乐学院、北京师范大学并获得影视学硕士学位。意大利贝利尼国际声乐比赛评委、国际艺术家音乐比赛评委，曾荣获“亚洲青年歌唱家大赛”一等奖（总冠军），被美洲、欧洲、亚洲的音乐界赞誉为“灵魂歌者”、“最纯朴女中音”。
